Before the incident
Attempting to assist a co-worked get a liner inside a hot stick box.
What happened
While one associate was attempting to hold the box in place a co-worker attempted to push the liner into position. The force of the push was stronger than expected causing the box to shift and the associates hand to be cut in the process. As a result the associate sustained lacerations to the palm side of all four fingers on her right hand. The injury to the ring finger was the most severe and required stitches.
