What happened
Employee was trying to locate a meter pit on customers front lawn. He was using a shovel and metal detector. At first the dog was in the house but then the owner let the dog out with no leash. The dog was barking and ran up to the employee and the owner said he was fine. When the employee went to use the shovel again the dog jumped up and bit the employee on the elbow.
