Assisting patient to sit up on the edge of the bed.
What happened
Employee used the bed to help assist and get the patient most of the way up and then gave patient their right hand to help assist him. Patient started going backwards and pulled employee 's arm with him. Employee tried to catch themself from falling forward. Afterwards employee felt a sharp pain in back and upper shoulders.
