Stand by assisting patient with transfer

Team member standing next to the patient while patient was transferring. Patient grabbed team member 's hand to assist herself and pulled team member 's wrist out of the socket. This patient was capable of transferring alone however she was short and felt like she was falling due to the nuc med table being too high (even in it 's lowest poistion).
