Before the incident
Staff fully and properly utilized CPI techniques; however PT continuously and violently thrashed their body in such a way that staff could not maintain a solid stance.
What happened
PT began to struggle via dropping his weight and violently thrashing his body around as well as kicking at our knees and ankles. It was during this that the PT attempted to trip me leading to my left ankle rolling outwards.
