The patient refused to give up their shoes and started making threats that they were going to attack staff. Patient was restrained using CPI techniques and to ensure the safety of the patient while in seclusion.

Patient was struggling quite a bit during the restraint which caused me to overexert my left arm more than usual. The incident feels like a sprained tendon or muscle in the upper left arm.
