Around [REDACTED] as I was doing my daily inspection of the CNC routers and checking the autolube reservoirs fellow EE informed me that he thought that the support bracket under the O F pinch roll of the M AD was too low I was attempting to observe the core blank as it fed thru the infeed pinch roll and onto the support bracket below the outfeed pinch roll While doing so some core particulate debris got thrown at my face I felt it hit my forehead and fall down some falling thru the small gap at the top of my glasses and down out the bottom I did not feel anything actually get into my eye at that time [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] I was outside greasing the bearings on the Dust Collector A gust of wind blew thru and as it did so I felt something against my eyelashes immediately followed by feeling it in my left eye specifically in the outside corner As it was no longer hurting and was just an annoyance I went about my day Around [REDACTED] it felt like the debris had shifted and was moving a
