Associate was assisting with restacking fiber glass doors at the CNC dept When the associate set down the door he felt a burning sensation in his right eye The associate stated that the fan was blowing in the same direction as the team was working and blew some fiberglass dust into his eyes The associate proceeded to go rinse out his eyes but continued to have pain and discomfort Medcor was contacted and they suggested that the associate be seen at the earlier possible time The associate was sent to Concentra medical center where they gave him eye drops and scheduled him for a follow up appointment on [REDACTED] The associate is back to work with no restrictions
