EE took part in teh hearing conservation annual test where it was discovered the EE had a shift EE was retested same day and shift percisted EE was scheduled with additional test offsite and on the day of the EE was scheduled there was an family emergency the EE had to attend to We did not get a chance to get the EE retested by offsite EHS submitted the shift questionnaire to Examinetics The report from Examinetics finding were returne don 8 18 that the OSHA shift was not cleared
