Undetermined the cause of the Right Thumb discomfort The investigation is ongoing The employee saw our FFW represtentative on [REDACTED] for a sore hand but did not indicate that it was related to work at that time We are looking at timecards to determine if anything was documented there EE reported symptoms of R thumb pain that radiated to shoulder EE was seen at St Charles Urgent Care on [REDACTED] per request of EE EE RTW paperwork attached with restrictions to NOT use right hand until cleared by ORTHO Undertermined when the ORTHO appointment is [REDACTED] WC working on IME exam Ortho scheduled 7 2 IME scheduled 8 4 scheduled IME 8 5 IME deterimined that EE work activity were the major contributing factor to the development of her injury The employee is not medically stationary 12 visits of PT were recommended by the IME in addition to light duty work EE remains on modified duty 10 20 EE was seen for follow up and restrictions remain the same until MRI appointment 12 3 EE provided R
