What happened
While empty RPC plastic containers were being transported from the trailer to the machine an employee was crouched on the opposite side of the machine applying stickers. Another employee was carrying stacks of 56 RPCs at a time and was unaware of her position. During transport one RPC slipped from the top of the stack and fell approximately 12 feet striking the employee on the head. The employee reported feeling the impact and was diagnosed with a concussion without loss of consciousness.
