[REDACTED] EE reported to supervisor of some soreness secondary to lifting a larger panel door for crating Supervisor requiested EHS EE described the discomfort as intermitent and pulsating The onset was after the EE had lifted a heavy (more that 50) panel in shipping without a Team lift Primary exam determined it was skeletal muscular discomfort and not a medical issues like cardio English is EE second language and reliable interpretors had gone home after shift It was decided that the EE would wait through the weekend and report back on [REDACTED] EE requested EHS and with the help of a reliable translator the EE described the discomfort as persistent without relief over the weekend EE described the pain as intermitent sharp pain that radiates to upper shoulder Nothing seemed to make it better or worse EE refused MedCor and requested to seek medical care at an urgent care EE was seen at [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Medical Center Dr Seen by DO [REDACTED] EE has instructions not to return
