What happened

On [REDACTED] An associate suffered a work related injury. ;;The associate was live loading parcels to pallets within the doors [REDACTED]. They went to grab a pallet from a stack and dropped it on their foot. In their effort to get the assigned door(s) done the associate continued to work thinking it was not a big deal and something they didn’t need to report as at the time they were still able to be on their feet. ;;By the time they returned home part of their foot was swollen and first 2 toes were black and blue causing extensive pain in efforts to walk or stand. The associate went to urgent care [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. Urgent Care was informed it was work related and treated the associate X-rays were taken to ensure no extensive damage was done. ;;Per request of the doctors they associate had a follow up appointment on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] to see how their foot was doing as it is still discolored black and blue.
