What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair Associate working in IXD reported an injury due to slipping and falling in the trailer as he adjusted a box in the trailer . The associate states that while working at DD169 “ I was closing out a trailer and I was removing a box out of trailer 169 and I was walking back and I noticed my right leg slipping and I fell in between the floor hitting my hip knee and shin and ankle and inner thigh. Once I got up I felt dizzy. I got helped up by an associate once he saw me go down”. The associate stated that at the start of the incident with a pain scale of 8 out of 10. During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred at IXD Receiving
