What happened
was working bedside on night shift of [REDACTED] clocked in at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] and worked til [REDACTED] the next day. the usual bedside care lifting patients. No pct from the time I clocked in until [REDACTED]. I mentioned to out PCT for night shift that is past [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] that my back hurt a little bit. Then when i got home slept and woke up in the afternoon that 's when i felt the pain on my lower back got worse I cannot bend or reach. I did not inform anyone from work cause I thought the pain will go away and I thought I only need to rest. But up to now [REDACTED] I still have lower back pain and cannot bend my back cause it hurts. I went to urgent care clinic on [REDACTED] wanting to be examined but advised me to go to my facility because it is work related.
