Pushing out an ICU bed through small elevator

Pushing out a 4nsicu critical patient out of the smaller A Elevator to get the patient to a CT Scan reason being was because the Big A Elevator was out of Service. Having to push a heavier bed than usual with a critical patient on the bed in a tight elevator with RT and Nurse moving the Iv lines so that the patient doesn 't get their iv pulled out from their arm or the vent pulled from their airway. It was an unusual tight situation getting the patient out of the small elevator when I felt a discomfort under my right foot big toe pushing the patient out with my surroundings involved.
