On [REDACTED] the Midwest Fleet experienced a recordable injury At [REDACTED] a driver ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) was bobtailing northbound on [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] when a silver SUV slammed into the drivers side back side and front of the tractor Our driver initially reported injury of their right forearm from hitting the steering wheel Axiom was contacted On the day following the motor vehicle accident the drivers pain progressed and pains in the neck left shoulder and lower back were reported The drivers injuries led to clinic visits and resulted in time off work The police were notified There were no citations issued to our driver The driver of the SUV was taken away in a squad car It is unknown if the driver of the SUV received any citations Both vehicles were towed from the scene
