While installing metal wrap on the building an employee sustained a laceration to their left thumb. The injury occurred when the employee was using a utility knife to cut back dried silicone. This was verbally communicated to the Health and Safety Manager at the time of the incident. Both [REDACTED] and I were in the field at the time.
