[REDACTED] AWFX driver was at Fiberon rolling the tarp on [REDACTED]. He noticed the tarp pole was bent and a little hard to turn but no other issues. [REDACTED] he started noticing some discomfort in his left shoulder and determined that he hurt it when he was rolling the tarp. [REDACTED] then reported the incident to DeSale. Incident occurred on [REDACTED] and was reported on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was notified of the incident and the priority care hotline was contacted. The nurse instructed [REDACTED] to continue to perform self-care and no other actions were required unless [REDACTED] 's condition worsened.
