What happened
Employee went to take out the hose and checked to see if any residue was still in the hose. When he took the hose out PCM dispensed from the hose onto the employee 's right shoe. 3 days after employee indicated that he had some itchingon his right foot. On [REDACTED] a blister appeared on his right foot employee reported incident and went to the Emergency Center where he was treated.
