After clearing glass a window [REDACTED] was reaching into structure through window with tool to pull ceiling. As his left arm traveled upward to pull puncture ceiling a piece of glass still attached to window frame punctured his gear and lacerated his left bicep. He was immediately brought to [REDACTED] and transported to [REDACTED]-[REDACTED].
