Team member was stocking on the order picker with hard hat harness and retractable lanyard.

On [REDACTED] the team member informed management that he had sustained a chest injury [REDACTED] while skateboarding outside of work. The day prior on [REDACTED] the team member was operating the order picker utilizing his PPE harness and lanyard and working with rotors. While on the order picker he stepped on a pallet which subsequently broke. The safety harness and lanyard successfully prevented a fall but the sudden jolt reportedly aggravated the existing non-work-related chest injury.
