While kneeling and reassembling the grease trap for [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (near [REDACTED] 3) the employee started to stand up As he did so the handle to the ball valve of the steam dump line (see Photo Addendum 1) was caught in his clothing causing it to turn open This action released steam from the dump line directly onto the employees skin (lower right portion of his back side and front of stomach)
