Pulling a jammed pallet off a stack

EE was assembling boxes in the bulk packing area when they tried to take a pallet from the stack. The pallet became stuck and as EE continued to pull on it they felt a sudden sharp pain in their lower back. EE would later seek medical attention and would be provided with prescription medication.
