operator felt a pull in shoulder then soon pain in there shoulder after picking up 4 cylinders and stacking them on top row of 60s. operator was taking off line where they got ice and ibuprofen. operator was later taken to urgent care to have there shoulder looked at. Xray was performed and showed no sign of fractures or breaks. Conservative restriction of 2lbs minimal usage of injured arm through rest of weekend recommended follow-up with Ortho for more in depth diagnosis. EE returned to work [REDACTED] [REDACTED] we Ops Area Managers and myself checked in on him to see how he was doing he said it still hurt was willing to do some much needed cleaning around the plant while accommodating his restrictions. EE was able to get into Ortho [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Upon return from Ortho they scheduled MRI for [REDACTED] and in the meantime to prevent inchDead-arm inch while awaiting MRI EE was prescribed PT.
