What happened
Patient is a nurse in the ICU. The [REDACTED] medicine dispenser was recently moved to a small closet and is located behind the closet door. She describes standing at the [REDACTED] pulling meds when someone else opened the door to the med room and the door hit the back of [REDACTED] 's head which then caused her forehead to hit the [REDACTED]. she was sore in these areas immediately after but kept working. As the day progressed headache worsened and is persistent.
