states he had unloaded 2 of his 4 pallets and as he was turning the pallet jack(manual) to get another pallet he was closer to the wall of the trailer than he realized and he hit his left elbow on the trailer wall He stated it hit right on his funny bone and sent pain and tingling down to his fingers and up to his shoulder.
