HE WAS HAVING TO FORCE IT UP AND DOWN ON ALL OF HIS STOPS. DUE TO THIS HE IS HAVING PAIN IN HIS RT ARM. HE STATES IT IS HARD TO LIFT HIS ARM UP AND DOWN

HE STATES ITS HURTING IN HIS RT SHOULDER AND HIS RT FOREARM. HE SAID IT WAS HURTING SO BAD THAT HE HAD TO SET HIS BRAKE WITH HIS LEFT ARM. He states it was a 45-foot roll-up door.
