On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a (Wayfair) associate working in Bulk Putaway was labor shared to picking when they went to complete their pickpath and felt a pain on their mid to lower back area.;The associate states that while on my equipment in [REDACTED] picking and went to grab product after grabbing product I felt a pinch and dropped the carton and realized I could not really move my upper body due to the pain and immediately reported it to jackie.;During the investigation the site found that the incident injury occurred while picking in [REDACTED] on the 4th or 5th level . Upon notification of the injury the associate accepted first aid. ;Details of the items involved include:28x28x144cm- 67lbs- Herren 10” Medium Hybrid Mattress;After completing the initial report the associate was not able to return to their process path. [REDACTED] was contacted and the associate went to seek medical attention.
