On [REDACTED] EE was working on the [REDACTED] in Shipping during the afternoon. While climbing over the rail EE felt something in EEs back and didnt think anything of it. When EE threw electrical bag over the rail EE felt a twinge. EE worked the remainder of the shift. On [REDACTED] EE stated back was sore and EE thought it was just old man sore. EE worked EEs shift. When asked if EE had told anyone EE did mention sore back to coworker (no manager supervisor). On [REDACTED] EE worked EEs shift. On [REDACTED] EE was unable to work shift and reported injury.
