What happened
EE was moving 3 cuts of galvanize coils to the banding floor with the crane. As EE was lowering the hook down to move the banding boom out of the way went too far down setting the coils on the floor. EE grabbed the coils too deep in the hook and the coils slid back on the hook. EE set the coils back down and grabbed the coils off center. In doing so the hook swung away from the EE. As the EE was reaching back with his hand to retrieve the hook strap the hook swung back toward EE and pinched the EE 's hand into the coil that was behind the hook where EE set them down.
