HE PUT HAND ON GRAB BAR AND FOOT ON STEP WHEN HE WENT TO PULL HIMSELF UP AND GRAB STEARING WHEEL HIS HAND MISSED AND HE FELL BACKWARDS ONTO THE GROUND. HIS RIGHT LEG WEDGE IN BETWEEN THE STEP AND THE TANK SO IT TWISTED WHEN HE FELL.
