What happened
[REDACTED] grabbed specialized tool and wrench to remove the domer anvil on the bodymaker. He placed the tool into position to remove the anvil and started to apply force. He put his foot against the bodymaker to brace himself and pulled the tool. When pulling on the tool to loosen the anvil it broke loose and caused him to hit himself in the head with the wrench.
