What happened
Employee was transporting trimmed cans from the front end gauge shack to the front end. Employee was walking up the steps to get to the front end platform to dispose of the cans and tripped on the top step. When the employee fell one of the cans he was carrying cut his wrist. The laceration resulted in stitches.
