EE entered the breakroom and informed to Production Lead that he was experiencing lower back pain EE explained that while removing excess trim from the unitshe felt a sharp pain in his lower back as he moved up and down along the conveyor Lead asked EE if he was OK to which EE responded yes but felt pain and returned to work At approximately [REDACTED] Supervisor arrived at the breakroom and was informed by Lead of the situation involving EE Supervisor then observed EE walking with noticeable discomfort prompting to call EE back to the breakroom for further discussion Upon entering the room EE immediately sat down and held his lower back expressing that the pain was radiating down from his back to his rear and leg He mentioned that he had already taken aspirin Supervisor provided him with an ice pack and instructed him to apply it to the affected area for 20 minutes on followed by 20 minutes off
