Teammate was applying a tie sheet to a load at the RDC tier stacker The teammate had previously not applied the tie sheet and had stopped the machine to allow them to enter and apply the tie sheet To perform this task the teammate put the equipment into an ESP state and entered the enclosure The teammate then stepped onto the fork conveyors of the RCD tier stacker walked into to the load and back while walking back on the forks the teammates left foot slipped causing them to fall Teammate reported feeling a pop in their right leg coupled with pain in the ankle and lower leg The surface is roughly 1 foot above the floor
