EE ed using a pneumatic wire brush to clean glue from knives of a wooden die when he felt a piece hit his dust mask and ricochet up to his left eye EE tried to flush his eye as well as use a clean Qtip but was unable to remove the foreign object EE notified the shift supervisor who was able to see the foreign object and contacted the Safety Manager EE was wearing dust mask safety glasses and gloves
