Before the incident
IE was flipping a load of paper in the load turner The load was put in long way with about a 1 ft still sticking out of the load turner after the load turned part of the pallet that was sticking out was lifted off of the paper the IE had his left hand at the top of the paper and the thumb was between the paper and the pallet When the pressure was released the pallet came down on the left thumb
