Employee stated that while placing a case onto a finished pallet of rework the employee (EE) turned to retrieve another case As the EE turned left the toe of their right shoe caught the edge of the ergonomic mat causing them to fall approximately 15 to 2 feet to the ground landing on their knees The EE extended their left hand to break the fall and did not strike anything on the way down
