What happened
Repetitive lifting of 2x 50 lbs. boxes every 10 minutes in MCG mixing area has caused back and shoulder pain. TM went to PCP in [REDACTED] for initial exam. After a follow-up visit in [REDACTED] TM brought paperwork to us that he had seen the doctor. TM has consulted with FFW on several occasions. PCP prescribed pain meds to treat the initial back spasms related to work tasks
