What happened
Team member was cleaning a takeaway conveyor in place with a rag. After she removed the guards to clean she started the conveyor in a slow jog while she attempted to clean the plastic drive cog with a rag while the cog was rotating under power. Her finger was caught between the drive cog and a stationary support bracket resulting in a partial amputation of the left index finger tip.
