Employee was relocating wall panels from one area to another and stacking the wall panel

Employee was relocating wall panels from one area to another and stacking the wall panels. As he was landed a 14 ft X 18 ft panel with the help of a co worker which was on the opposite side Employee attempted to remove the tagline with was attached with a Snap hook (pelican hook) onto the whaler when the load was about 5 inches from the resting spot employee tried to quickly remove the tagline and his finger got caught in between the hook and the whaler once the finger was pinched in place the employee pulled his finger quickly which caused the injury to the finger tip and nail.
