After employee #1 and fellow employee #2 landed the beam onto the dunnage employee employee #1 was ready to dismount the trailer and used the 4 ft hook on trailer ladder but as he was descending he stepped onto the last rung his left foot got stuck on the ladder and caused his knee to twist and fall to the ground.
