What happened
After finishing climbing a tree and getting back on the ground I noticed the ball of my left foot was hurting badly when I was walking around putting weight on it. I didn’t think much of it at the time because I assumed my foot was just sore from wearing my climbing boots. [REDACTED] and it’s still swollen and painful regardless of resting and icing my foot.
