Hooking up trailer
What happened
When hooking up the crawler trailer I attempted to raise the trailer jack leg by pulling the locking pin. The leg did not automatically retract with the pin pulled. The leg appeared rusted and unlubricated. I attempted to lift the leg from underneath with my foot multiple times but it did not release. At this point I attempted to raise the leg using my hands the leg broke free and retracted catching the tip of my thumb between the foot and body of the jack causing injury.
