Climbing a tree

I have been slowly losing range of motion in my right shoulder over the [REDACTED] a half from strenuous activity at work. Actions such as pulling myself up lifting carrying pushing down and rotating my shoulder cause significant of pain. I have been icing it and taking ibuprofen after work to help. It was bearable until today when I was climbing. I was retuning from a limb walk and as I pulled myself up on my rope I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder collar bone area and had to immediately let go with my right hand due to the discomfort. Now my shoulder is cracking and popping whenever I rotate and lift my arm.
