Was working to move and align the drive shivs on a machine.

Did not have the proper tools available to move and align the drive shivs on the machine. Bolts were very tight used palm of right hand like a hammer on the wrench to loosen bolts. Also struck right ring finger with a crescent wrench.

Soreness to right hand that did not subside went to ER diagnosed with hammer hemorrhagic in right hand. Ended up having surgery on damage hand.

Hitting wrench with palm of hand due to lack of proper tools.

Hammer hemorrhagic to right forth finger after using hand to hit wrench while loosening bolts.
