Was working to move and align the drive shivs on a machine.
What happened
Did not have the proper tools available to move and align the drive shivs on the machine. Bolts were very tight used palm of right hand like a hammer on the wrench to loosen bolts. Also struck right ring finger with a crescent wrench.
Injury or illness
Soreness to right hand that did not subside went to ER diagnosed with hammer hemorrhagic in right hand. Ended up having surgery on damage hand.
