What happened
Employee states they were talking with a coworker and moving to pack-out a part into the plastic tray. They stated that they rotated the part end over end while facing their coworker and caught the side of their forward (left above eyebrow) with the part. This resulted in a laceration bleeding. EE went to the clinic and received stiches for the wound resulting in recordable status for treatment beyond first aid.
