AE STATES HE GOT TO THE DOCK OF THE CUSTOMERS OPENED UP THE DOOR AND SHOWED THEM WHERE THERE FREIGHT WAS.

HE WAS REMOVING THE STRAPS AND THEN REMOVING THE PALLETS ONE AT A TIME ON A MANUAL PALLET JACK. HE STATES HE WAS MOVING THE LAST ONE ONE OF THE STEEL RODS HAD SNAPPED AND THE PALLET BROKE.

IT STARTED FALLING UP AGAINST BOTH OF HIS LEGS KNOCKING HIM BACKWARDS AND HE SMASHED HIS LEFT HAND AND THUMB BETWEEN HIM AND THE PALLETS BEHIND HIM.
