What happened
While he was working in [REDACTED] he completed the inspection and was attempting to exit the scissor lift when he applied pressure to the handrail when the safety pins that secures the handrails had been remove causing it to detach from the basket and caused the employee to lose his balance and fall onto the lift platform.
